In line with the company’s global expansion strategy, a unique “Global Expansion Empowerment Program” is currently in full swing at the ABZ factory! From the offices to the production floors, and from daily habits to the finer details of the factory grounds, ABZ is building a bridge to the world through every small step.

海外事业部同事为工厂管理人员及车间核心员工量身定制了“出海英语30句”实用手册:涵盖商务接待、产品名称、专用术语等内容,统一双语对照,确保对外沟通零误差。

Colleagues from the Overseas Business Department have created a practical handbook titled “30 Essential Phrases for Overseas Business” tailored specifically for factory managers and key shop floor employees. It covers topics such as business hospitality, product names, and specialized terminology, and features standardized bilingual entries to ensure error-free communication with international partners.

                                     

  每天10分钟,晨会练一练,午休背一背,让英语从“课本”走进“现场”。

Just 10 minutes a day—practice during the morning meeting and review during your lunch break—to bring English from the “textbook” into “real-life situations.”

The factory has launched a special “Coffee & Culture” check-in program: By experiencing our customers’ habits and encouraging everyone to enjoy coffee, we aim to help you feel the familiar social and leisure rhythms of our overseas customers through the rich aroma, fostering an understanding of and empathy for their way of life.

As you walk through the factory grounds, you’ll notice international touches everywhere: safety warnings, operating instructions, and area names are all labeled in both Chinese and English; product nameplates and packaging instructions have been updated to use internationally recognized terminology…
