7月1日-2日,昂倍兹半年度会议召开。

On July 1–2, ABZ held its mid-year conference.

本次会议以“一场硬仗一起战斗·ABZ·收官三三规划”为主题,全面复盘上半年工作,深度剖析当前形势,并对下半年的核心战略进行了系统部署。

Under the theme “Let's fight this tough battle together · ABZ· finalize the “third three years plan” the conference conducted a comprehensive review of the first half of the year, provided an in-depth analysis of the current situation, and systematically outlined core strategies for the second half of the year.

                                       

这不仅是一场总结会,更是一次统一思想、凝聚共识、全面冲刺的誓师大会。

This was not merely a review meeting, but also a rally to unify thinking, build consensus, and make a final push toward our goals.

会前蓄势:多维赋能,淬炼“硬仗”底气

Building Momentum Before the Conference: Multidimensional Empowerment to Hone the Confidence Needed for a “Tough Battle”

一场硬仗的底气,源于战前的充分准备。 在半年度大会正式召开前夕,昂倍兹掀起了一场“思想与能力”的双重淬炼。

The confidence to face a tough battle stems from thorough preparation beforehand. On the eve of the semi-annual conference, ABZ launched a dual initiative to hone both “mindset and capabilities.”

为了让核心团队在战略上同频共振,公司分别举行了半年度营销、研发专项会议,精准把脉业务痛点。

To ensure the core team was strategically aligned, the company held separate semi-annual meetings focused on marketing and R&D to accurately identify business pain points.

                                                         

同时,三场高规格的专题培训接连落地,为全员注入了强劲动能:公司发展顾问针对营销人员开展了深度业务培训,传授方式方法;华为资深专家倾情分享“华为如何从小企业一步步做大”的实战经验,为公司的组织进化与业务突围提供了宝贵借鉴.

At the same time, three high-level specialized training sessions were held in quick succession, injecting strong momentum into the entire workforce: the company’s development consultant conducted in-depth business training for marketing personnel, imparting practical methods and techniques; a senior Huawei expert generously shared practical insights on “How Huawei Grew Step by Step from a Small Enterprise,” offering valuable lessons for the company’s organizational evolution and business breakthroughs

                                                   

董事长首次挂帅 — “茶咖夜话”,为主管及核心员工交流分享,人是一切的根源,激发团队“打硬仗、打胜仗”的信心与决心。

Chairman personally led the first-ever “Tea and Coffee Night Talk,” a forum for managers and key employees to exchange ideas and share experiences—emphasizing that people are the foundation of everything and inspiring the team’s confidence and determination to “tackle tough challenges and emerge victorious.”

                                                         

这一系列“组合拳”,不仅让全员在认知上实现了高度统一,更为半年度会议的顺利召开和后续战略的落地打下了坚实基础。

This series of coordinated measures not only fostered a high degree of consensus among all employees but also laid a solid foundation for the smooth convening of the mid-year meeting and the subsequent implementation of our strategies.

组织亮剑:架构升级,锻造敏捷“尖刀连”

Organizational Transformation: Structural Upgrade to Forge an Agile “Elite Unit”

面对“收官三三规划”的硬仗,组织的敏捷度与战斗力是决胜关键。在本次大会上,公司正式宣布组织架构调整及人事任命,重磅增设“技术与营销服务部”。

Facing the tough battle to wrap up the “third three-years Plan,” organizational agility and combat effectiveness are key to victory. At this conference, the company officially announced organizational restructuring and personnel appointments, including the major establishment of the “Technology and Marketing Services Department.”

                                         

    这一举措绝非简单的部门叠加,而是公司面向市场、面向客户的一次主动变革。新部门的成立,旨在打破技术与营销之间的壁垒,全面落实“技术驱动、品质护航、秒速响应”理念,实现从前端需求洞察到后端技术支撑的无缝衔接,为实现“世界的昂倍兹”这一远景目标提供强有力的组织保障。

This move is by no means a simple merger of departments; rather, it represents a proactive transformation by the company focused on the market and its customers. The establishment of this new department aims to break down barriers between technology and marketing, fully implement the philosophy of “technology-driven, quality-assured, and lightning-fast response,” and achieve seamless integration from front-end demand insights to back-end technical support—thereby providing robust organizational support for realizing the vision of “Elite Global ABZ.”

战略锚定:聚焦核心,吹响“收官”冲锋号

Strategic Focus: Concentrating on Core Priorities, Sounding the Charge for the Final Push

会议颁布了总经理11号、12号令,要求扎实推进销售/售后人员代表客户检验产品机制及将中国最美电工机械生产线推向新的层次。

The meeting issued General Manager’s Orders No. 11 and No. 12, which call for the steady implementation of a mechanism whereby sales and after-sales staff inspect products on behalf of customers, and for elevating China’s most beautiful electrical machinery production line to a new level.

                                       

会议现场,营销、生产、质量三大核心板块依次进行了详实的工作汇报,用真实的数据和客观的复盘,展现了上半年的成绩与不足。

At the conference, the three core divisions—Marketing, Production, and Quality—delivered detailed work reports one after another, using real data and objective reviews to highlight the achievements and shortcomings of the first half of the year.

                                                                         

随后,大会迎来了最核心的环节——主旨报告《一场硬仗一起战斗·ABZ·收官三三规划》。

The conference then moved on to its most crucial segment—the keynote presentation titled “Fighting a Tough Battle Together: ABZ · the ‘third three-years’ · Plan for the Final Push.”

                                               

报告深刻剖析了公司当前所处的战略节点,明确了“收官三三规划”不仅是目标,更是必须拿下的阵地。面对接下来的挑战,公司上下必须摒弃一切幻想,以“一场硬仗一起战斗”的姿态,将战略意图转化为具体的战术动作。

The report provides an in-depth analysis of the strategic juncture the company currently faces and makes it clear that “wrapping up the third-three-years plan” is not merely a goal, but a battle we must win. In the face of the challenges ahead, everyone in the company must set aside all illusions and, with the mindset of “fighting a tough battle together,” translate strategic intent into concrete tactical actions.
