5月16日至6月16日，昂倍兹第二届质量月圆满收官！From May 16 to June 16, ABZ’s Second Quality Month came to a successful conclusion!

本届质量月紧扣“技术驱动-品质护航·铸就世界的昂倍兹”主题，摒弃形式主义，精准聚焦生产一线三大核心问题，以务实举措打赢了一场品质攻坚战。Centered on the theme “Technology-Driven, Quality-Assured: Forging a Global ABZ,” this year’s Quality Month moved beyond mere formalities to precisely address three core issues on the production front lines, successfully winning the battle for quality through practical measures.

研发设计 / 源头破局，植入品质基因R&D and Design / Tackling Issues at the Source and Embedding a Commitment to Quality

从源头将设计缺陷降低50%以上Reducing design defects by over 50% at the source

打破“重制造、轻设计”惯性，成立跨部门攻坚专班。以三大核心产品升级优化项目为抓手，将质控点前移，成功拦截多项设计缺陷。Breaking the inertia of "emphasizing manufacturing and neglecting design", a cross-departmental task force was established. By focusing on three major product upgrade and optimization projects, we moved quality control measures upstream and successfully prevented numerous design defects.

推行“设计-工艺-制造”一体化评审，确保研发成果无缝对接量产，从源头夯实品质基础。We have implemented an integrated “design-process-manufacturing” review process to ensure that R&D outcomes transition seamlessly into mass production, thereby laying a solid foundation for quality from the outset.

过程管控 / 完善标准，过程质量有效闭环Process Control / Refining Standards for Effective Closed-Loop Process Quality Management

返工与异常问题发生率降低30%以上Reduction in rework and defect rates by over 30%

完善各系列产品装配工艺流程；推行过程转序卡；建立完善的过程质量监控与问题追溯体系，实现质量问题“发现-处理-复盘”的全流程闭环管理。Refined assembly processes for all product lines; implemented process transfer cards; established a comprehensive process quality monitoring and issue traceability system to achieve closed-loop management of the entire quality issue lifecycle—from detection to resolution and post-incident review.

通过系列措施推动质量管理从“事后把关”向“事前预防、事中控制”转型。Through a series of measures, we are promoting a shift in quality management from “post-event inspection” to “pre-event prevention and in-process control.”

物料齐套率 /打通供应链堵点，夯实高品质交付基石Material Availability Rate / Eliminating Supply Chain Bottlenecks to Lay the Foundation for High-Quality Deliveries

因物料原因导致的生产等待时间减少40%以上Production downtime caused by material shortages reduced by over 40%

   采购、计划、质量、生产四方联动，完成核心供应商质量与交付能力盘点；梳理物料进出库流程；优化物料配配送机制；强化上下游信息同步与协同。Through close collaboration among Procurement, Planning, Quality, and Production, we conducted a comprehensive review of key suppliers’ quality and delivery capabilities; streamlined material receiving and shipping processes; optimized material allocation and distribution mechanisms; and strengthened information sharing and coordination across the supply chain.

   通过改善，生产节拍愈发顺畅，生产效率显著提升，产品一致性与交付品质得到有效保障。As a result of these improvements, the production rhythm has become smoother, production efficiency has increased significantly, and product consistency and delivery quality have been effectively ensured.

   本届质量月不仅是一次问题的集中攻坚，更是一场全员质量意识的洗礼与质量管理体系的升级。This year’s Quality Month is not only a concentrated effort to tackle issues head-on, but also a comprehensive initiative to instill quality awareness among all employees and upgrade our quality management system.
