2026.5.16上午8：18，昂倍兹第二届质量月启动仪式在常州工厂隆重举行。本届质量月以 “技术驱动·品质护航·铸就世界的昂倍兹” 为主题，活动周期为5月16日至6月16日。

At 8:18 a.m. on May 16, 2026, the launch ceremony for ABZ’s Second Quality Month was held with great fanfare at the Changzhou factory. Under the theme “Driven by Technology, Guided by Quality, Forging Elite Global ABZ,” the event will run from May 16 to June 16.

全体昂倍兹人齐聚一堂，以庄严的承诺、坚定的决心，拉开为期一个月的质量攻坚序幕。 All ABZ employees gathered together to kick off a month-long quality improvement campaign with solemn pledges and unwavering determination.

三大核心问题 Three Key Issues

启动仪式上，质量部负责人首先宣读了本届质量月的目标、要求及主要工作安排。

与首届相比，本届质量月更加聚焦、更加务实，重点瞄准困扰生产一线的三大核心问题：

At the launch ceremony, the head of the Quality Department began by outlining the objectives, requirements, and key work plans for this year’s Quality Month.

Compared to the first edition, this year’s Quality Month is more focused and pragmatic, targeting three core issues that plague the production line:

“质量不是检验出来的，是设计出来、制造出来、管理出来的。” 质量部负责人的这句话，赢得了全场共鸣。“Quality isn’t something that’s inspected into existence; it’s designed, manufactured, and managed into existence.” This statement by the head of the Quality Department resonated with the entire employees.

铿锵表态Resolute Commitments

质量，人人有责。Quality is everyone’s responsibility.

在员工代表表态发言环节，来自采购、装配、质检等岗位的员工代表用朴实而坚定的话语表达了全员的决心：During the employee representative speech segment, representatives from procurement, assembly, quality inspection, and other departments expressed the collective resolve of the entire workforce with simple yet firm words:

“我承诺：严格执行工艺标准，不接受缺陷、不制造缺陷、不传递缺陷！”

“I pledge to strictly adhere to process standards—I will not accept defects, I will not create defects, and I will not pass on defects!”

“我承诺：主动发现质量问题，及时反馈、主动解决、持续改进！”

“I pledge: to proactively identify quality issues, report them promptly, take the initiative to resolve them, and pursue continuous improvement!”

“质量月不是一个月的事，而是每一天的事。从今天起，我会用行动证明！”

“Quality Month isn’t just a one-month initiative—it’s a daily commitment. Starting today, I will prove it through my actions!”

一句句铿锵有力的承诺，展现了昂倍兹人对质量的敬畏之心与担当之志。

These resounding pledges demonstrate the respect for quality and the sense of responsibility held by every member of the ABZ team.

寄语与要求Message and Requirements

在热烈的掌声中，公司领导上台宣布：“昂倍兹第二届质量月，正式启动！”Amid enthusiastic applause, company leadership took the stage to announce: “The Second ABZ Quality Month is officially launched!”

随后，领导作出重要指示：The leadership then issued the following important directives:

“质量，是昂倍兹的尊严，更是昂倍兹的生命线。我们常说‘技术驱动·品质护航’，技术是发动机，品质是方向盘。”“Quality is the dignity of ABZ, and even more so, its lifeline. We often say, ‘Technology Drives, Quality Assures.’ Technology is the engine, and quality is the steering wheel.”

他强调：本届质量月聚焦三个问题，我们要用一个月的时间，集中火力、攻坚克难，用结果说话、用数据说话！让我们从图纸开始、从每一道工序开始、从每一个物料开始，共同铸就‘世界的昂倍兹’！”He emphasized: “This Quality Month will focus on three key issues. We will dedicate the entire month to concentrating our efforts, overcoming challenges, and letting results and data speak for themselves! Let us start with the blueprints, every single process, and every single material to jointly build ‘Elite Global ABZ!”

庄严签字A Solemn Signing Ceremony

启动仪式进入最后环节——全员条幅签字。The launch ceremony entered its final segment—a company-wide banner signing.

印有“技术驱动-品质护航·铸就世界的昂倍兹”主题的条幅缓缓展开，公司领导率先签名，随后各部门、各车间员工依次郑重签下自己的名字。A banner bearing the theme “Technology-Driven, Quality-Assured: Forging Elite Global ABZ” was slowly unfurled. Company leaders were the first to sign, followed by employees from each department and workshop, who solemnly added their names one by one.

一笔一划，是承诺，更是责任；Every stroke is a promise and a responsibility;

一字一句，是印记，更是鞭策。Every word is a mark and a source of motivation.

这条承载着全体昂倍兹人质量决心的条幅，将在质量月期间悬挂于生产车间最显眼的位置，时刻提醒每一位员工：质量，从我做起。This banner, embodying the unwavering commitment to quality of every ABZ employee, will be displayed in the most prominent location of the production workshop throughout Quality Month, serving as a constant reminder to every employee: Quality begins with me.

从5月16日到6月16日，昂倍兹将围绕三大核心问题展开一系列专项活动。每周有主题，每天有行动，全员参与、全程管控、全面改进。From May 16 to June 16, ABZ will launch a series of special initiatives centered on three core issues. With a weekly theme and daily actions, the initiative will feature full participation, end-to-end oversight, and comprehensive improvement.

第二届质量月的启动，是昂倍兹对“铸就世界的昂倍兹”这一远景的又一次庄严宣誓。从图纸到成品，从个人到团队，从今天到每一天——昂倍兹人将以匠心守护品质，以品质赢得世界！The launch of the second Quality Month marks another solemn pledge by ABZ to realize its vision of “Forging Elite Global ABZ.” From blueprints to finished products, from individuals to teams, and from today into every day—ABZ employees will safeguard quality with craftsmanship and win the world with quality!
